Katy Roberts is the Managing Director and Senior Consultant for Genskill Ltd.

 Katy is a qualified trainer & Performance Management Coach and a member of the Institute of Business Consultants. She has extensive project development and project management experience and has worked within further and higher education, public, private and third sector organisations in a variety of different business sectors.

Katy has designed and delivered a variety of commercial and community-based business development projects and programmes.
